Returns & Exchanges Policy
• Shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase may not be returned or exchanged. This includes “Sale Items” purchased during additional % off sale promotions.
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team. We will then send you a replacement or refund you if a replacement is unavailable after the returned item is received and processed.
• Please note: We cannot accept returns/exchanges for the following three reasons:
- Orders past 30 days of their delivery date.
- Items without original tags.
- “Final Sale” Items
• Please be sure to use a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number. Felici Clothing cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
• We are not responsible for shipping charges back to us.
In the unfortunate event that you received a damaged item, please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or at +63 908 156 3309 about the damage. After assessing the situation, we will then send you a replacement or issue a refund.
